My Deluxe Twin Room was spacious, featuring a comfortable couch area. I loved the daily fruit and snacks provided, and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch for coffee lovers. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft duvets and ample pillows. I appreciated the little things, like the bathroom's bidet with an automatic flush and the soft-close drawers. Staff members were attentive, even remembering my preferences. The infinity pool was a highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind after exploring the city, and the sauna was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the room's curtains. they didn’t block the light well enough, which made waking up with the sunrise a bit too bright for my liking. The ventilation system also felt a bit too powerful at times, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall fantastic experience. I would definitely consider returning for another stay.

Each interaction with staff enhanced our experience, with attentive service making us feel well cared for throughout our stay.

I had the best time! The pool parties were epic, and their mojitos were on point. The art around the hotel makes it feel super fancy, and the staff made me feel like a VIP. The only thing was the breakfast could use a bit more variety. I got a little tired of the same options. Still, I loved every minute!
